Members must be 18 years or older, legally eligible to marry under applicable Indian law, and provide truthful, current and complete information.
Profile & Platform Terms
Approved profiles may be displayed to eligible users. Members are responsible for their profile information, photographs, communications and decisions. Fake profiles, impersonation, fraud, harassment and unlawful use are prohibited.
Privacy & Personal Information
Personal information may be processed for profile management, matrimonial discovery, applications, payments, astrology services, background verification, communication, security and lawful record keeping. Members should avoid publishing unnecessary sensitive information.
Astrology Match Making
Astrology Match Making is a paid, manually administered service. Rashi, Nakshatra, Lagna, Gana, Nadi, Bhakoot, Graha/Mangal considerations and Guna Milan/Ashtakoota information may be entered by the administrator. Astrology results are not a guarantee of marriage, compatibility, health, financial success or future events.
Background Verification
Background Verification is based on information and sources reasonably available at the time. It cannot guarantee discovery of every undisclosed circumstance, record or false statement. Members must independently verify important information before marriage, engagement or financial transactions.
Limited Liability
Golive Mediaa / Aamra Bangali Matrimony is a matrimonial platform and service facilitator. To the maximum extent permitted by law, it is not responsible for member conduct, member-supplied information, private communications, relationship disputes, direct member-to-member financial transactions, or the success or failure of a relationship. Nothing excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Paid Listings & Payments
Free, Premium and Gold services are offered according to the package displayed at purchase. Paid services may be subject to payment verification, package validity and applicable refund/cancellation rules. QR and Razorpay payment options are subject to their respective payment processing systems.
